1954 - The Beginning
Silvano Barsottini, only 25 years old, founded in Castelfiorentino (Florence), the first company dedicated to reconstruction of the buildings destroyed during the Second World War.

The 60s - New housing estates
With the coming of the '60s, completed the necessary reconstructions, the company extends its work to the building of new plots for the expansion of the city.

1966 - Ancillotti & Barsottini
In the following years the company begins collaborating with the Ancillotti family, creating the new company "Ancillotti & Barsottini", which will operate until 1966, the year of the flood. The event requires a reorganization and Silvano is ready to meet the needs of new customers in the agro-industrial and luxury residential areas.

1970-2024 Towards the future
To the experience of Silvano is added the initiative of the young son Fabio, and in the next two decades the company earns the loyalty of its customers, enhancing relations with major suppliers of the area and working for both private companies and public bodies.
